Rural Health Access Program – “Huduma kwa Wote”
We recognize the challenges faced by dispensaries and health centers in rural and remote areas, where medical supplies are often scarce or delayed.
Our commitment:
Donate or subsidize bandages, gloves, antiseptics, and basic first-aid items to high-need areas
Partner with District Medical Officers (DMOs) for fair distribution
Deploy mobile outreach units during health weeks or vaccination drives
📦 Since 2023, over 50+ rural facilities in Lindi, Singida, and Rukwa have benefited from our support.
Women & Youth Empowerment – “Made in Tanzania, Made by Us”
We actively promote employment and skill development among Tanzanian women and youth, especially in underrepresented regions.
Key efforts:
Priority hiring from vocational training graduates (VETA-certified)
On-site training programs for machine operators, quality controllers, and packers
Collaborations with women-led cooperatives for packaging and distribution
Paid internship opportunities for university students in health and manufacturing
📈 Over 65% of our workforce is currently made up of women and youth under 35.
